Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Textly (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Service Description
Textly provides free, browser-based text tools including but not limited to word counting, case conversion, text reversal, text-to-speech, and more. All tools process data client-side in your browser.
Free Use
All tools on Textly are free to use. No account is required. The Service is supported by display advertising. You may use the tools for personal or commercial purposes.
Prohibited Uses
- • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service.
- • Do not use automated scripts to overload or disrupt the Service.
- • Do not use the Service for any illegal activities.
- • Do not click your own ads or use ad fraud techniques.
No Warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the tools will be error-free, accurate, or available at all times. Use at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
Textly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Since all processing is client-side, you are responsible for your own data.
Intellectual Property
The Textly brand, logo, and website design are our intellectual property. The tools themselves use standard algorithms and browser APIs. You retain all rights to the text you process with our tools.
Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services including Google AdSense (advertising), Cloudflare (hosting), and Google Fonts (typography). These services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.
